Business development for Turun Laulelman Ystävät,
a non-profit association

service design, concept design, visual design

The aim of the service design process was to develop the organisation’s activities and attract new members. The organisation works on a voluntary basis.

The process started by researching the history of the activities, the organisational culture and members’ experiences. The work continued by creating organisational values, rephrasing the aim of the organisation and by ideation of new concepts in communications, marketing and association activities.

The process was started in 2017 and is still ongoing: the association has piloted a new event type, and the workload of the organising members has decreased with new internal and external communication tools. I designed the new visual identity and a new website based on the insights gained. The new website and marketing channels have attracted many new membership applications.
